I just bought a Sony Bravia 52 "LCD TV yesterday. How to switch from 480i to 1080i configuration settings ........?
I have a television frame HD DVR box from Comcast says its 1080i but my screen on my TV says its 480i i have tried all night to fix it. Anyone have any idea how to change to 1080i. I am very frustrated. By the way I've connected by RCA cables i hook up differently? Best answer thank you very much vote as soon as possible>> yes white RCA cables are red and green I think ... The HDMI cable will make a big difference?
The TV will automatically be adjusted to the quality of input. When you say RCA cables means only red, white and yellow? If it is not their problem. Get a component cable (red, white, yellow, green, black) or an HDMI cable. If all else fails call Comcast and make sure they are really giving HD channels.
