panasonic portable phone
DECT 6.0 Speakerphone?
I'm trying to find a good quality DECT 6.0 portable phone that can use speakerphone while sitting on the charger.
Every cordless phone setup I have found has speakerphone but non of them mention if the speakerphone works while sitting on the charger.
There is no phone jack in this room and I spend HOURS on the phone for work and need speakerphone. My previous Panasonic didn't work while charging and would have to be switching from phone to phone constantly.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
no phone will go off hook while on the charger, there are some DECT phones with a speakerphone built into the base, but if you do not have a jack at the location where you will be using the phone, you would need to install a jack at that location....
the battery life of the DECT phones are pretty good, but if you are concerned, another option would be to get a phone with at least 2 handsets, and keep one charging while you are using the other one, and if you notice the battery getting low you can switch to the other phone...
