What should I do with this pain in my neck?
I thought I had pain in my neck because I slept wrong, but that was 5 days and still can not turn his head to the right without a sharp pain. I tryed everything I can think of ibuprofen, a heating pad, ice, stretching, massage, is not helping please any response would be greatly appreciated
